If any of our products didn’t work for your skin, let us know within 30 days of receiving the item and we will refund that one item.

 

At Meebak, we actually care about your skin.

In some cases, even our products that are made to be super gentle on skin may not work for you. We understand that no skincare product is one type fits all.

Our mission is to help you achieve healthy, beautiful skin. That is why we have our flexible exchange and refund policy - so that you can try our products worry-free! We think you will love Meebak's cica line, but no worries if you don't. Just let us know how it didn't work for you! We are always looking to improve our existing products and create new skincare that can take care of your skin, no matter how difficult or sensitive. 

 

*Please email us at support@meebak.com and please let us know how you would like to see the product improved. What did or did not work for your skin? Your satisfaction is super important to us! 

*Our flexible refund policy can be applied once per household, on a single item per order bought at a regular price only. 

*Must be a first-time purchase of that particular item you will be returning.

* You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. No need to ship the product back to us.

*Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

*Free shipping orders will be refunded after the difference in $2.99 shipping. 

*Refunds can take approximately 10 business days to process and be credited back to you.
